Get in, plug in-and work inn no time

A flex workspace is a shared workspace where you can work on a flexible basis. You can use a workspace for part of a day, all day or much longer. You can sit behind a desk, use printers, call boxes and of course there is a nice fast WIFI.

You can check in for shorter or longer periods of time. You're not stuck with a contract and don't have to rent or set up your own office. Plus, it's cozy, you get to meet other people who also use the same space.

Very simply through this site. Select 'reservation', choose flex space, meeting room or subscription. Check the right date and time slot, and pay online. You have booked your workplace completely contactless, quickly and efficiently!

Yes. We have a meeting room for up to 8 people. This can be booked by the hour. Catering can also be easily arranged, so that, for example, there are sandwiches for your party right away.
Are you with a smaller group? Then you can also sit in the capsule, which is closed and suitable for up to 4 people. But quite honestly that is a bit on the cramped side, you have to really like each other 🙂 .

Of course it is good to be considerate of fellow flex workers. So don't bother each other: that's the basic idea. That is why there are also call boxes and other quiet places, so that you do not bother each other. And of course we ask you to keep the workplace tidy and to leave it tidy.

The answer is short but sweet: Yes!

You use a desk and you can also change places according to your activities. Just move to the seat, a larger table or just sit a little higher: it's all possible. The desks and office chairs are also height-adjustable and ergonomically adjustable.

There is camera surveillance, but you are responsible for your own personal belongings and data. We do have lockers where you can keep your belongings under lock and key. Handy when you go on an errand, for example.

You can rent a the flex workspace for half a day (€15), full day €30 or several days. You can also take out a subscription for a month. Do you want something else? Mail us, we'll work it out together. You pay in advance when booking online. Nice and easy.

Cancellation or cancellation is possible. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend, we can reschedule your reservation. Please contact hello@victorsworkinn.nl to do so. Canceling a subscription can be done per calendar month and can also be done through hello@victorsworkinn.nl.
